We believe great diving starts with great people. Our friendly team is here to guide you, support you and help you make the most of your underwater adventure in Bali.

Ghilman
Ghilman, originally from West Java, has been working as an instructor for our company since 2019. After studying Tourism Destination Management, he soon jumped into the world of diving. After spending all day in front of a computer at the reception of a dive center, he decided to become an instructor himself to get away from the office desk.
He loves to see his students having fun while exploring the breathtaking underwater world. He loves discovering the salty waters of Toya Pakeh, where the coral reefs are still healthy. Despite never having seen a whale shark, these giant creatures are Ghilman’s favorite marine animals.

Erick
Another Instructor at All 4 Diving is Erick. While studying accounting at university, he realized that diving was much more fun than working with numbers all day. He joined our team in 2022 and become instructor ever since. The two things he loves most about diving are the silence beneath the surface and the vibes of the ocean. Listening to the sounds of coral reefs makes him fall in love with his dream job every single day. When underwater, Erick always keeps his eyes open for turtles and big pelagic.
Galih
Galih is our divemaster. After graduating in Marine Science he joined the All 4 Diving team in summer 2023. He loves everything about his job and really enjoys the calmness under the surface as well as the contact with people from all over the world. Living in Bali since 2014, Galih’s favorite local dive is Amed with it’s artificial temple and pyramids. His most-liked marine creature is the majestic manta ray.
Vanly
Vanly is our Divemaster from Manado, whose diving journey began with fun dives in Sulawesi before quickly growing into a true passion. From his very first descent beneath the surface, he was captivated by the beauty and diversity of the underwater world — a fascination that eventually led him to pursue professional training in Bali.
While exploring Bali’s renowned dive sites, the USAT Liberty Wreck in Tulamben became his favourite. The historic shipwreck has evolved into a thriving artificial reef, now home to an incredible variety of marine life and vibrant coral growth. The combination of history and marine biodiversity makes Tulamben a truly special place for him.
As a Divemaster, Vanly is eager to continue discovering new dive sites and to share his enthusiasm and love for diving with others.

Dion
Dion is our Divemaster from Jakarta. He moved to Bali to continue his studies. After graduating from Marine Science. He joined All 4 Diving in 2025. The calmness of the underwater world with the beauty of sea creatures, became his motivation. He is very happy to see healthy coral reefs.

Whan
Whan, a passionate diver, instructor and former marine scientist, began her diving journey in 2004. Transitioning from the lab to liveaboards in Southeast Asia, she explored diverse underwater landscapes in Thailand, Myanmar, India, and Indonesia. Her deep appreciation for the ocean led her to the Galapagos and Spain. Whan enjoys challenging dives with strong currents…

Suci
Part of the Operational Team, Suci has been with us since our first days here at All 4 Diving Indonesia. With her smile and humorous approach, Suci makes sure every trip is well organised so that everyone has the best time possible. From the moment our driver picks up the guests from the hotel to when we drop you back and all the time in between

Aldy
Aldi is one of our instructors here at All 4 Diving. He wanted to try diving, while in the middle of his studies as a programmer analyst a few years ago, and has been hooked ever since. He joined the team in 2017. His favorite dive type is muck diving, hence his favorite critters…

Christina
Hi, I’m Christina Sagala, from Bandung.
I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people — it’s where I learn the most. That curiosity has stayed with me over the years, shaping how I work and connect with others.
I spent eight years in dive operations, surrounded by the ocean and fast-moving days. Now, I bring that same energy and sense of curiosity into the office, just in a different rhythm.

Nita
Born and raised in Bali, Nita has worked as an accountant all her life. She joined our team in 2022 and takes care of all the numbers for All 4 Diving, making sure the business runs smoothly.
Even though she doesn’t dive, she is curious about the Mola Mola. That’s why she decided to build one in her front garden – made out of stones.

Pewe
Pewe also does the numbers and has been doing so since 2017. After studying accounting at university, she worked for a car dealership but soon decided to switch to the diving industry. Although she’s not a diver herself, she loves watching her colleagues explore the underwater world. She is especially fascinated by the colorful nudibranches. And maybe one day she will jump into the water herself to explore the fascinating world of the ocean.

Melinda
Mel is the creative mind behind our Instagram reels and Facebook posts, capturing the moments that reflect life at All 4 Diving.
She studied Event Management and Tourism at the Tourism Institute in Nusa Dua, and first joined the team in 2017. After three years with us, she returned in 2022 following the pandemic.
With a love for white-sand beaches, Padang Bai is her favourite dive site in Bali. Her all-time favourite marine life? The parrotfish — for its unmistakable, and slightly charming, teeth.

Kadek
Kadek comes from the Singaraja region of Bali and joined All 4 Diving in July 2023 as an equipment handler. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked at a homestay in Kuta, and decided to become part of the team once things returned to normal.
He really enjoys working alongside the divemasters and instructors, describing them as friendly and relaxed. Even though he works in a dive center, he still struggles with seasickness when going out on boats. Nevertheless, he hopes to overcome this challenge so he can eventually see a sea turtle in its natural habitat.
